Job Description

Upstate Auto Styling is hiring a Mobile Car Detailer in Spartanburg and the Upstate. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in clean, detailed work and can provide a professional customer experience at the customer's location. Pay $17 per hour Performance bonuses available Bonuses are earned based on clearly defined standards such as attendance, job quality, productivity, customer feedback, and following company procedures. They are not guaranteed. What you'll do Travel to customer locations throughout the Upstate Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing Safely use vacuums, pressure washers, extractors, chemicals, and detailing tools Protect customer vehicles, property, and equipment Communicate professionally with customers Complete jobs thoroughly and on schedule Take before-and-after photos when required Keep the vehicle and equipment clean and organized The honest version of the job This is physical work. You'll spend time kneeling, bending, lifting, working outdoors, and dealing with heat, cold, dirt, and changing weather. You'll also spend part of the day driving, loading equipment, setting up, breaking down, and working at different customer locations. Some jobs will be easy. Some vehicles will be heavily soiled and take real effort. This is not a job for someone who cuts corners, disappears on their phone, or needs constant supervision. It is a good fit for someone dependable, coachable, detail-oriented, and willing to earn more by producing better work.
