Schedule:

Wednesday•Sunday | 8:00 AM•4:00 PM Role Overview Wash Depot is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and hardworking individual to join our Greeneville team. This isn't just a "behind-the-scenes" job; you are the face of our business! You ll be responsible for ensuring every customer has a great experience, maintaining our equipment, and keeping our two Greeneville locations looking sharp.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Greet customers with a smile, explain our various wash packages, and help them select the best option for their vehicle.

Site Maintenance:

Keep the car wash bays clean, clear of debris, and ready for the next guest.

Facility Upkeep:

Regularly empty trash cans, sweep the lot, and ensure the overall property is tidy.

Operational Support:

Monitor wash cycles and assist customers with the payment kiosks or any issues that arise during their visit.

Requirements People Skills:

You must be comfortable talking to strangers and providing top-tier customer service.

Reliability:

Must be available to work the set schedule (Wednesday through Sunday).

Mobility:

Ability to move between our two Greeneville locations as needed.

Physical Stamina:

You ll be on your feet, working outdoors, and performing physical tasks like lifting trash bags and cleaning bays.

Compensation & Perks Base Pay:

$17.00/hr for standard attendance and customer service.

Mechanical Premium:

$20.00/hr if you possess basic mechanical skills (ability to perform minor equipment repairs, troubleshoot pumps/motors, or handle basic tool work).
