Automotive Detailer Pay:

Full-Time & Part-Time Available Location:

We run a high-growth operation handling a primarily premium retail clients and some commercial contracts. We are looking for hungry, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. Your income potential grows as your capabilities expand What You'll Do (Responsibilities) You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards that our clients expect.

Daily tasks include:

Complete Vehicle Restoration:

Perform thorough interior detailing (vacuuming, steam cleaning, shampooing carpets/seats, leather treatment) and exterior detailing (hand-washing, clay bar, wheels, door jambs, and glass).

Protection Application:

Apply professional waxes, sealants, dressings, and advanced protective coatings.

Advanced Prep:

Assist with machine polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coating preparation as you advance through training.

Mobile Operations:

Drive or ride in fully-equipped company vehicles to service clients efficiently across the greater Nashville area.

Quality & Efficiency:

Maintain a fast pace while conducting strict quality checks to ensure every vehicle leaves flawless. Keep shop tools, equipment, and mobile rigs organized and clean. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications) Attitude, reliability, and pace matter more than a resume full of experience.

Experience:

Previous experience in detailing, car washes, or custodial work is an asset, but not required . If you have a strong work ethic, we will train you.

Reliability:

You must be punctual, dependable, and a clear communicator.

Physical Stamina:

This is a hands-on, high-energy role. You must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the day.

Drive:
