Conduct express detail interior cleaning, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and surface wiping to achieve a pristine finish. Assist customers with their service needs, answer questions about our offerings, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including tools, equipment, and customer lounge spaces, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Be a great team member. Follow all safety protocols during operations to ensure a secure environment for team members and customers alike. Requirements Prior experience in customer service or janitorial work is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Basic knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, or custodial experience is highly advantageous. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently; training will be provided for specific tools and systems. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on every vehicle. Good communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Valid driver's license preferred for assisting with vehicle movement or related tasks. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a lively and energetic attitude.
