Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to ensure a pristine appearance. Execute exterior detailing tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing to enhance vehicle aesthetics. Conduct car washes using appropriate equipment and techniques that protect the vehicle's finish. Maintain cleanliness of the work area through janitorial and custodial duties to promote a safe and organized environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and explaining detailing services when necessary. Follow safety protocols during all procedures to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Experience with car wash techniques, detailing procedures, and buffing is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment used in automotive detailing. Ability to operate driving equipment such as carts or small vehicles safely around the work site. Basic understanding of automotive care standards and procedures. Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle maintenance and detailing processes.
