Duties Perform excellent sales pitches Greet customers warmly and assist them with their vehicle wash needs, providing friendly and efficient service. Operate various car wash equipment safely and effectively, including automatic wash systems and hand-washing stations. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and janitorial tasks to uphold a safe and tidy environment. Manage vehicle flow by directing cars through wash stations and ensuring timely service completion. Assist with additional custodial duties such as trash removal and restocking supplies Qualifications Prior sales experience is preferred but not required Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential! Knowledge of car wash techniques is highly desirable. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
