Car Wash Associate

Job Summary Compensation ranges from $10.50 to $14.00 per hour depending on experience, plus strong commission opportunities. Team members earn an additional $3-$9 for every membership sold, with top performers averaging $20-$25 per hour. Duties The ideal team member will focus on driving membership sales while delivering outstanding customer service that elevates every guest's experience. Welcome customers as they arrive and provide helpful guidance and information about available wash services. Maintain a strong understanding of all wash packages, equipment, and membership options. Guide customers through available services so they can make informed decisions. Provide hands-on assistance at the kiosk, vacuum stations, and other customer touchpoints. Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep all equipment operating safely and efficiently. Keep the tunnel, vacuums, restrooms, grounds, lounge, and employee areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Follow all company procedures and standards when completing assigned duties. Work with urgency and professionalism to support customers, the office team, and fellow employees. Accurately document sales, memberships, and customer interactions for internal reporting. Support management with additional tasks as needed.
