Position Overview:

As an Automotive Detailer at Ranger Motors, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience by ensuring that vehicles on our showroom floor and service department are meticulously cleaned and maintained. You will be responsible for performing thorough detailing services, upholding our dealership's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Exterior and Interior Detailing:

Perform comprehensive exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and steam-cleaning upholstery and carpets.

Paint Correction and Restoration:

Identify and address minor paint imperfections, scratches, and swirl marks to restore the vehicle's aesthetic appeal.

Vehicle Inspection:

Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify any cosmetic or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all detailing work meets the dealership's quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Timely Turnaround:

Work efficiently to meet deadlines and contribute to the smooth flow of vehicles through the detailing process.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the latest detailing products, techniques, and industry trends to enhance your skills and contribute to continuous improvement.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and service departments to prioritize vehicles for detailing based on customer needs and dealership priorities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an automotive detailer, preferably in a dealership setting. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Knowledge of various detailing products, tools, and techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
