Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet our dealership's high-quality standards. The right candidate takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and can follow a consistent cleaning process to deliver a showroom-ready finish on every vehicle. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants steady part-time hours with opportunities for growth. Key Duties Perform exterior washes, including hand washing and light power washing Clean and detail interiors (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, shampooing carpets and upholstery) Use buffers, polishers, and detailing tools to enhance paintwork and restore shine Clean windows, wheels, door jambs, and other components to dealership standards Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store all tools and materials Safely move vehicles on the lot and between detail bays Assist with light facility cleaning when needed (taking out trash, sweeping, etc.) Communicate professionally with staff when vehicles are ready or when issues are found Requirements Prior detailing, car wash, or custodial experience preferred — but we will train the right person Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work Ability to safely use buffers, vacuums, and basic cleaning tools (training provided) Valid driver's license and ability to safely move vehicles Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without constant supervision Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques Window tinting knowledge is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
