Duties/Responsibilities:

Thoroughly clean the exterior and interior of trucks and the cleaning of the exterior of trailers using appropriate cleaning equipment, detergents, and tools Remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from truck and trailer surfaces Ensure that all parts of the truck and trailer, including wheels, tires, and undercarriage, are cleaned Inspect trucks for any damages or issues that may require attention Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel Ensure that cleaning equipment is clean and properly maintained and report any malfunctions Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Use protective gear and equipment as necessary Maintain records of cleaned trucks, trailers and any maintenance or repair activities performed Ensure shop and work area remain clean and safe Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and inspection. Dependability and punctuality in meeting work schedules. Ability to obtain a forklift certification. Must have a positive attitude and the willingness to grow. Valid Driver's License required

Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in outside environment with exposure to various weather elements Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds at a time Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold temperatures Requires standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, twisting, climbing stairs and ladders Occasionally requires wearing personal protective safety equipment (safety glasses, hard hat, appropriate footwear, ear plugs, gloves, etc.) May be required to work around rotating and energized equipment, hazardous materials and chemicals

Wage Range:

13.00 - 15.00 per hour
