Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to perform comprehensive vehicle detailing services, including washing, vacuuming, interior cleaning, and exterior polishing Conduct thorough car washes utilizing professional techniques such as buffing and window tinting to enhance vehicle aesthetics Use specialized cleaning tools and products to remove dirt, grime, and stains from various surfaces inside and outside vehicles Ensure each vehicle is meticulously cleaned according to company standards and customer specifications Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction during every appointment Keep detailed records of services performed and report any issues or additional needs to supervisors Uphold safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment Experience Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or janitorial work is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients Experience with buffing, window tinting, or other advanced detailing techniques is a plus Familiarity with driving and navigating various routes safely to different customer locations Background in custodial or janitorial roles demonstrates attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work independently in outdoor environments while managing time efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Join us as a Mobile Detailer and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding vehicle care right at our customers' doorsteps!
