Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Utilize various cleaning products and tools effectively to achieve optimal results. Conduct thorough detailing tasks Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided. Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups as needed to enhance vehicle presentation. Drive vehicles as necessary for cleaning purposes or customer delivery. Requirements Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with car wash techniques and detailing processes. Experience in buffing and cleaning vehicles to a high standard. Janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of cleanliness standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining vehicle aesthetics. work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
