PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Membership Growth Aggressively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Memberships. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Educate customers on the value and benefits of membership plans. Convert single-wash customers into recurring membership customers. Upgrade existing members into higher-value plans. Promote gift cards, vending products, and additional services. Utilize proven sales techniques and membership presentations. Participate in local marketing initiatives and promotional events. Generate new customer relationships through exceptional customer engagement. Serve as a brand ambassador for IDS Express Car Wash. Customer Experience Greet every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism. Create a welcoming and positive environment. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. Assist customers in selecting services that best fit their needs. Ensure every customer receives a premium experience. Operations & Site Maintenance Assist customers entering the wash tunnel safely. Follow all loading and vehicle preparation procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the tunnel, vacuum area, pay stations, restrooms, and property. Stock merchandise and vending machines. Accurately process sales transactions and memberships. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Sales-oriented and goal-driven. Competitive and motivated by commission opportunities. Outgoing, energetic, and confident speaking with customers. Self-starters who do not require constant supervision. Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Reliable, professional, and team-focused. Preferred Experience Retail Sales Membership Sales Wireless Sales Automotive Sales Fitness Membership Sales Customer Service Hospitality Car Wash Experience (preferred but not required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and lift throughout the day. Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary. Work in a fast-paced environment around operating car wash equipment.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Ability to educate customers and confidently ask for the sale. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
