Ridge Rock INC. is looking for two dependable, hardworking Fleet Detail Technicians to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our company fleet and heavy equipment. You will work as a two-person team detailing our trucks and other company assets while using a fully equipped company service truck and trailer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants consistent full-time hours. Responsibilities Detail approximately 4 fleet trucks per day as a two-person team Clean and maintain company vehicles to a high standard Detail additional company assets as needed, including: Backhoes Skid steers Dump trucks Excavators Other heavy equipment Vacuum interiors and clean dashboards, glass, upholstery, and floors Wash exteriors, wheels, tires, and door jambs Keep equipment and supplies organized and clean Follow company quality standards and safety procedures Maintain a professional attitude while representing Ridge Rock INC. What We Provide Company service truck Trailer equipped with water tank, generator, hose reels, and detailing setup All detailing equipment and supplies provided Vacuums Towels Brushes Chemicals Pressure washing equipment Everything needed to perform the job Schedule Monday through Friday Standard workload is 4 trucks per day Employees also have the option to complete 5 trucks per day Monday through Thursday, allowing Fridays off. Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to work Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a positive attitude Able to work efficiently as part of a team Detailing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
