Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, waxing, buffing, and window tinting to ensure vehicles look their absolute best Conduct detailed interior cleaning, including vacuuming, upholstery care, and surface sanitization Execute professional detailing tasks such as polishing, paint correction, and minor cosmetic repairs to enhance vehicle appearance Assist customers by explaining vehicle features, detailing services, and available upgrades to support their purchasing decisions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and sanitized Drive vehicles safely within the dealership premises for cleaning or test drives as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Requirements Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is highly preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is also valuable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and pressure washers safely and effectively Basic driving skills with a valid driver's license; clean driving record preferred Knowledge of automotive cleaning products, window tinting techniques, and detailing procedures is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle care and sales processes Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care while helping customers find their perfect vehicle!
