You do not need professional detailing experience—but you must be dependable, hardworking, teachable and hungry to learn. This position begins at $13 per hour with opportunities for raises as your skill, speed, independence and responsibility increase. What You'll Learn Working directly under our Shop Manager and CEO, you will receive hands-on training in: Professional interior and exterior detailing Paint polishing and correction Ceramic coating preparation and installation Proper use of detailing tools, chemicals and equipment Vehicle inspections and quality control Professional client service Shop organization and equipment maintenance Our goal is to help the right person grow into positions such as professional detailer, paint polisher, ceramic coating technician or future team leader.

During that time, we evaluate: Attendance and punctuality Work ethic and attitude Ability to learn and retain new skills Response to coaching Quality and attention to detail Speed and improvement Professionalism and alignment with our values Completing six weeks does not automatically guarantee continued employment. The purpose is to ensure the position is a strong fit for both Dr. Clean and the trainee. Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Consistent daytime availability during the normal workweek Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to safely move client vehicles Able to stand, bend, kneel and perform physical work for extended periods Able to lift approximately 50 pounds when needed Professional detailing experience is not required. Previous experience with vehicles, hands-on work or customer service is a plus.
