Position overview:

We are looking for a motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of the car wash, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment that delivers excellent customer service and meets company performance goals.

Gym Membership Discount Tuition Reimbursement Key Responsibilities:

Ensure car wash is operating efficiently and safely Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipment Assist customers with issues or questions regarding the wash process Keep the car was tunnel and surrounding area clean and organized Restock chemicals with company policies and safety standards

Skills & Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Previous sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions preferred Previous car wash automotive service experience preferred Leadership and training experience required Mechanically inclined; ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance Must be able to open and close car wash across Sunday through Saturday schedule Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and reporting skills Ability to manage, train, and coach a team Must have a safe driving record Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah Driver License
