This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys the flexibility of being paid based on the jobs they complete. This is not a traditional hourly position. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, the opportunity to earn on a per-job basis, and the potential to grow alongside our dealership as we expand our automotive appearance services. What You'll Do Perform professional exterior washes, decontamination, paint correction, polishing, and buffing. Complete interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, leather treatment, and odor elimination. Prepare dealership inventory to retail-ready standards. Apply ceramic coatings, paint sealants, and other protective products (experience preferred but not required). Safely move and operate customer and dealership vehicles throughout the detailing process. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Perform quality inspections to ensure every vehicle meets our high standards before delivery. Assist customers by explaining available detailing and appearance packages when needed. What We're Looking For Previous auto detailing experience preferred. Experience with paint correction, polishing, and buffing is a plus. Ceramic coating experience is highly desirable. Window tint, vinyl wrap, or PPF experience is a bonus but not required. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Ability to safely use detailing equipment and chemicals. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Compensation Pay is per completed job—not hourly. Flexible schedule based on workload and appointments. Opportunities to earn more by completing additional jobs.
