In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to their best condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for automotive care. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces. Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and provide privacy. Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met during the detailing process. Drive vehicles safely within the facility as required for cleaning or repositioning. Assist with custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Experience Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with car wash techniques, buffing methods, and window tinting is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs effectively. A valid driver's license is required to operate vehicles safely within the facility.
