Full Job Description Pay:

$75,000 - $100,000 a year Monthly Commissions available based on performance Job type: Full-time Shift and schedule: Weekends as needed Benefits Paid training Health insurance Paid Time Off Full job description Provides training and oversight to site employees and provides general operational guidance; serves as role model to other team members Provides customers with information and benefits of the subscription/membership programs Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees Creating schedules and submitting payroll Understanding the shop's financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed Works safely and reports safety or maintenance issues Maintain cleanliness of work environment and inventory Provide excellent customer service Assist the customer in selecting menu options and process payment for services Performs duties as needed to ensure quality and timely customer service Guides cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering car wash Able to perform troubleshooting and/or minor maintenance on equipment and facility Shop Managers should meet the following requirements: Preferred car wash experience Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time when required and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions when necessary Must have reliable transportation to and from car wash Must be willing to work weekends when needed Must be willing to work the appropriate hours for the success of the store Must have basic computer operating skills
