This position is for someone reliable, clean, respectful, and serious about doing quality work. You will be working on customer vehicles at mobile appointments and sometimes at our shop. The right person must be comfortable driving the company van, handling detailing equipment, speaking professionally with customers, and completing jobs to our quality standards. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they have the right attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail. Compensation This is an appointment-based position with performance-based pay.

Compensation includes:

Guaranteed hourly minimum for hours worked 25% commission on completed mobile jobs Customer tips Additional 5% bonus on jobs where the customer leaves a verified positive review related to the service Final earnings depend on completed appointments, schedule, weather, customer demand, quality of work, and customer satisfaction. Hours may vary depending on weather and appointment volume. When mobile appointments are unavailable, shop work may be offered when available. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior detailing services on customer vehicles Drive the company mobile detailing van to scheduled appointments Safely use detailing tools, chemicals, steamer, extractor, pressure washer, vacuum, and other equipment Clean interiors including seats, carpets, mats, panels, cup holders, vents, door jambs, and glass Wash, decontaminate, dry, and protect exterior surfaces Take before and after photos/videos of completed work Communicate professionally with customers when needed Keep the van, tools, towels, and supplies clean and organized Follow company service process and quality standards Show up on time and be ready to work Requirements Valid driver's license Clean and professional attitude Reliable transportation to work/shop Ability to drive a company van safely Good attention to detail Able to work outside and in different weather conditions Able to lift equipment and work on your feet Comfortable talking with customers Auto detailing experience is a plus, but not required if willing to learn Benefits Paid training Company vehicle provided for mobile jobs Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Employee discount Tips and performance bonuses Schedule Full-time position.
