Family-owned organization State-of-the-art facilities Paid manufacturer training Career advancement opportunities Stable leadership team Competitive benefits Employee purchase program Modern equipment and technology Positive team culture Compensation/Good Faith Pay Range Base compensation: $14-$16 per flat rate hour Production bonuses paid under the dealership's compensation plan What You'll Do Wash and clean vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down doorjambs Apply wax to auto body and wipe or buff surface Vacuum interior of vehicle to remove loose dirt and debri Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices Apply various cleaning and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents Apply special-purpose cleaning cleaners, utilizing experience and judgement and following product manufacturer's recommendations Apply dressing on tires and tire wells Replace all traces of any protective films or coverings applied for shipment or service Maintain showroom or stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times Remove all window stickers on sold vehicles Keep shop area neat and clean Attend all dealership and service department meetings when requested Provide exceptional customer service What You'll Bring Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong negotiation and presentation skills Previous dealership or automotive sales experience preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision Pass a criminal background check and drug screen Maintain a professional appearance and conduct Benefits Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Employee Life Insurance of $25,000 Short-Term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401K Plan Vehicle Purchase Program Paid Vacation Paid Training Advancement Opportunities Working Conditions This physically demanding position requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.
