Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Reconditioning Technician, where your hands-on skills and attention to detail will revitalize vehicles to their best condition! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for restoring vehicles through thorough cleaning, detailing, buffing, and other reconditioning processes. Your work ensures each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive and custodial skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior surfaces Conduct car washes using professional equipment and techniques to achieve a spotless finish Buff and polish vehicle surfaces to restore shine and remove minor scratches or imperfections Apply window tinting films with precision, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal Assist with vehicle inspections to identify areas needing repair or further reconditioning Support the team in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and detailing tools Skills Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers Experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial work is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of professional cleaning equipment Ability to operate basic vehicle maintenance tools safely and efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or test drives Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Familiarity with window tinting techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their expertise in vehicle reconditioning while delivering exceptional service.
