Auto Detailer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Car Detailer to join our team. The Car Detailer will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles to ensure they meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, wax, and buff vehicle exteriors to restore shine and protect paint. Vacuum, shampoo, and deep-clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and floor mats. Clean and condition leather, plastic, and vinyl surfaces. Remove stains, odors, and debris from interior surfaces. Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass components. Apply protective treatments, such as ceramic coatings, fabric protection, and paint sealants, as required. Perform light touch-ups, such as removing minor scratches or applying trim restorers. Use detailing equipment, such as buffers, steam cleaners, extractors, and air compressors, safely and effectively. Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure high-quality results. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including detailing tools and supplies. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and proper chemical handling guidelines. Assist in keeping track of detailing inventory and notifying management when supplies need to be restocked. Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns as needed. Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Hardworking and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods. Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs as needed. Prior experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required—training will be provided. Knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques is a plus. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
