$21 per flat rate hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm This position is onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager. Are you passionate about cars and delivering high-quality results? What You'll Do As an Auto Detailer you will oversee the interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles according to company standards and applicable safety measures. Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance. Perform cleaning on vehicles, using cleaning supplies and equipment e.g. brushes, scrapers, vacuums, and solutions. Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes and masking materials to restore vehicle's interiors and exteriors. Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and damage. Clean engine and engine compartments.
What You'll Bring Prior Experience:
1+ year of professional detailing experience is ideal.
Quality Control:
Must inspect and clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles meticulously, addressing every nook and cranny.
Knowledge of Automotive Care:
Familiarity with car care products, cleaning tools, and techniques, including waxing, polishing, interior detailing, and stain removal, is necessary .
Physical Stamina:
The job often involves long hours on your feet, bending, and lifting, so physical fitness and endurance are important. Efficient with
Time:
Will work quickly while maintaining a high quality of service, often juggling multiple cars in a day.
Reliability and Punctuality:
Showing up on time is critical in maintaining a service and meeting customer expectations. Attention to
Safety:
Understanding the safe handling of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment is crucial to prevent damage to vehicles or injury. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The pay range of this role is $18 to $21 flat rate. This is a production-driven position. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
