Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Attendant and be the driving force behind delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and friendly customer service! In this energetic role, you will ensure every vehicle leaves our facility looking pristine, providing top-notch exterior cleaning with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every customer who drives through our car wash. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your automotive skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Operate vehicle wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring thorough exterior cleaning using high-quality cleaning products and tools Operating chemicals to prep vehicles Giving exceptional customer service and providing assistance & answering any inquiries for all customers Follow safe work practices at all times, including proper handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals to prevent accidents or injuries General lot maintenance (Sweeping, tidying customer areas, leaf blowing etc) Assist with janitorial tasks around the auto detailing facility to keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Skills Experience operating standard passenger cars and has a general understanding of manual transmission and automatic vehicles Strong understanding of safe work practices related to vehicle handling and cleaning procedures Time management skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients People & communication skills Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling equipment or moving vehicles safely Prior auto detailing or auto shop experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
