You will provide thorough cleaning and detailing services for both customer-owned and dealership-owned vehicles, ensuring they are in pristine condition for delivery, sale, or display. The pay range is $25.00 to $30.00 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors using specialized tools and products. Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery. Clean and treat surfaces such as dashboards, consoles, and leather components. Perform deep cleaning services, including removing stains, odors, and debris. Detail engine compartments and other less commonly serviced areas when required. Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and work areas in an organized and clean manner. Work collaboratively with service advisors, sales teams, and other dealership staff. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing specific detailing requests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred but not required. Ability to operate detailing tools and equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions. Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong time management and organizational skills.
