Automotive Detailer

Detailer Job Description We are looking for a long term, responsible, thorough, reliable Automotive Detailer who will provide quality automotive cleaning services to our customers. The Detailer will clean vehicles according to company standards and client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors, keeping records and the condition of the vehicle. You should possess strong teamwork skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles, able to work in a fast pace time sensitive environment. Position's pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed with management during the interview. We are a Veteran owned facility; We believe in doing things one way, and that's the right way. Detailer Responsibilities:

• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests. Checking in customers/vehicles.
• Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition. Informing front office of any concerns or damage with customers vehicle prior to starting the vehicle.
• Moving and parking vehicles in a safe manner, as well as making sure keys are in required location
• Managing inventory and informing front office of any supplies needed.
• Able to work independently as well as partnered up.
• Able to get all customers belongings back in vehicle prior to returning completed work

Detailer Requirements:

• Valid state driver's license.
• Prior detailing experience may be preferred; But we will train the right individual.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal skills, courteous, and responsible.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
