Job Description

Full-Time Detail Shop Manager JDL Automotive Detail Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Full-Time Detail Shop Manager to join our growing team. This is NOT a porter, lot attendant, or car wash position. We are a professional automotive detailing center looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands what true detailing is all about. Established in 2013 , our team brings over 50 years of combined detailing experience . We work on everything from daily drivers to specialty vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, boats, motorcycles, semi-trucks, campers, RVs, and more. Some off-site detailing is required, and a company vehicle will be provided for those jobs. Responsibilities Perform professional interior and exterior detailing Buff, polish, and paint correct vehicles Remove stains, odors, and contaminants Use professional detailing products, tools, and equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop Assist in managing workflow and ensuring quality standards are met Occasionally travel to off-site detailing jobs using a company vehicle Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or HSED At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Reliable personal transportation Previous auto detailing experience preferred Familiarity with professional detailing products, equipment, and techniques is a plus Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and remain on your feet throughout the day Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude Don't have years of experience?
