We're Fairbanks' only brewpub, located just 10 minutes north of Fairbanks, serving dinner seven days a week. This is a good fit for someone who wants steady part-time evening work, can move quickly, and takes pride in helping keep a busy kitchen running smoothly.
Pay:
$17/hour DOE + share of kitchen food sales/service charge - usually $1-2 dollars an hour more. What You'll Do:
Wash dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and moving during service Take out trash and recycling as needed Sweep, mop, and help with end-of-night cleaning Assist cooks with simple prep or kitchen tasks when needed Help keep the kitchen stocked with clean dishes and tools
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual Able to work evenings and weekends Able to stand, bend, lift, and move quickly during busy service Must be over 18 Respectful, team-oriented attitude Reliable transportation required No experience required, but restaurant or dish pit experience is a plus
Schedule:
