Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Prep Cook and Dishwasher to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing high-quality meals to our customers. Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work stations Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using proper sanitation techniques Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Dishwasher is preferred but not required Ability to work in a team oriented environment Ability to adapt to various pacing while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills Evening & Weekend work required Reliable transportation required Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations
