Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Dishwasher/Busser and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences! Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to keep the dining area clean and inviting for guests Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper food handling and cleaning techniques Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or assembling ingredients when needed Support the catering team by setting up banquet or event spaces and ensuring all serving areas are tidy Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Help with bussing tables during busy service times to ensure smooth flow of guests' dining experience Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards across the restaurant or hotel environment Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or cleaning supplies Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail in a fast-paced setting Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus Experience with banquet or catering events enhances your fit for this role but is not mandatory A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn about culinary operations and guest service This role is an excellent stepping stone for anyone interested in building a career in food service or hospitality.
