The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. Hours Dining hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 5:00pm to 8:30pm(M-Th) / 9:00pm (F-Sat) Shift start time for this position ranges between 3:30pm and 5:30pm depending on day, with out time depending on guest volume, usually falling between 9:00pm and 10:00pm. Shift is roughly 4-6 hours. At minimum must be able to work Saturday with opportunities for 5 days if available. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using commercial dishwashing machine. Assist bartender by transporting clean glassware from dish to the bar for stocking, and regularly filling ice bins. Dry and polish silverware and transport to server station Stock clean dishes in proper locations on the expo line, storage areas, and prep stations. Skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Attention to detail in maintaining a tidy workspace. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
