Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools following food safety sanitizing procedures. Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support the kitchen team with cleaning duties to uphold sanitation standards. Bypass dirty dishes from the service stations to designated washing areas promptly to maintain smooth workflow. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and ready for guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers and other small appliances. Follow all kitchen health and safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies or large cookware while adhering to manual handling best practices.
