Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience. Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals.
- Bus tables promptly after guests leave, clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and restroom facilities throughout the shift.
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting any shortages to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, including banquets and catering events. Requirements
- Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience with bussing or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
