Key Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, dish racks, and surrounding surfaces Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and use Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed to support overall sanitation efforts Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during service hours
