Duties Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Assist servers and bartenders by bussing tables promptly, clearing plates, and resetting dining areas to ensure smooth service flow. Support food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and assisting with basic kitchen duties when needed. Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces. Help with catering setups and banquet events by setting up tables, serving stations, and ensuring supplies are stocked. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and cleaning standards. Experience in bussing, food preparation, or restaurant service is highly desirable. Familiarity with banquet or catering setups enhances your ability to support diverse events. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary and hospitality staff. Basic cooking skills or kitchen experience are a plus for assisting with food prep tasks. Knowledge of hospitality operations including hotel or restaurant environments adds value to your application.
