Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly sweeping and mopping floors. Properly store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations. End of night cleaning Follow all food handling safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Qualifications
