The Dishwasher plays an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by ensuring dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas remain clean, organized, and sanitary. Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools following proper sanitation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup. Follow all kitchen health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of pots, pans, and bulk supplies with proper technique. Maintain organization of dishware and kitchen supplies for easy access by team members. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work Sundays and holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
