Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service operations during busy periods. Follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation to uphold health standards in compliance with local regulations. Assist with catering or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and ensuring all items are ready for service. Requirements Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads or moving supplies. Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support busy kitchen operations during peak hours. Familiarity with catering or banquet experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
