Dishwasher

Dishwashing:

Efficiently clean and sanitize all kitchenware, including dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware, using proper cleaning agents and techniques by machine and hand when necessary.

Sanitation:

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the dishwashing area, floors, and equipment.

Equipment Maintenance:

Regularly inspect and maintain dishwashing equipment, such as the dishwasher, to ensure optimal performance, and report any and all issues to management.

Waste Management:

Properly dispose of food waste and recyclable materials according to restaurant guidelines.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Adherence to

Standards:

Comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness. Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
