This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area, including floors, countertops, and equipment. . Clear tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring that all dishes are cleared and table is cleaned. . Follow all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to keep the workspace clean and orderly. Flexibility to assist in various roles within the kitchen as needed.
