Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Dishwasher to support our restaurant kitchen, production kitchen, and commissary kitchen. This role is essential to keeping our kitchens clean, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment Keep dishwashing areas clean, organized, and stocked Assist with cleaning tasks in the restaurant kitchen, production kitchen, and commissary kitchen as needed Remove trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas Sweep, mop, and help maintain floors and workspaces Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organization tasks Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions Communicate with managers and kitchen staff when supplies are low or equipment issues arise Qualifications Previous dishwashing, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed Willingness to assist across multiple kitchen areas as needed Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Schedule Part-time or full-time availability may be considered Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed About the Role This is a hands-on support position that plays an important part in the success of our kitchen operations. The Dishwasher helps ensure that our restaurant, production, and commissary teams have the clean tools, equipment, and workspaces they need to serve our guests and produce high-quality food.
