The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards while supporting our culinary team. This position is essential for ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly, allowing us to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including prepping ingredients for cooking. Support culinary staff by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet events or catering services as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Qualifications Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred but not required.
