As Dishwasher & Food Prep Support, you'll maintain the pulse of operations by cleaning, sanitizing, and providing basic food prep—ensuring spotless tools and prepped ingredients for our signature dishes with efficiency and soul, enabling experiences that leave guests "better than they arrived."   • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment promptly using dishwashers or by hand, maintaining clean/dry floors and stations.
  • Assist with basic food prep like washing/peeling/chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and stock rotation to support cooks during peaks.
  • Maintain clean kitchen areas, including floors, storage, refrigerators, and trash removal, to uphold sanitation standards.
  • Follow safety and health codes (e.g., WHMIS/Food Safe) to prevent issues and ensure 100% compliance.
  • Collaborate with cooks for smooth workflow, unloading deliveries, and restocking supplies.
  • Monitor supplies and report needs via tech tools for inventory control. Requirements & Expectations
  • Entry-level OK; restaurant experience a plus (average training time: 1-2 weeks for cross-trained roles).
  • Reliable, hardworking, with attention to hygiene and physical stamina for multi-tasking.
  • Flexible shifts.
  • Food handler certified.
