Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our restaurant running smoothly and create a welcoming environment for guests. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assist with food preparation and service, and support the overall hospitality experience. Your proactive approach will help maintain high standards of hygiene, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, making every dining experience memorable. Responsibilities Clear and reset the kitchen area clean and ready at all times promptly to maintain a clean environment Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently Assist with food prep tasks such as ingredient setup and basic kitchen duties to support culinary staff Support catering events and banquet setups by ensuring cleanliness and proper dish handling Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service areas through regular cleaning routines Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health standards Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service flow during busy hours Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Experience in food service, catering, or banquet settings is a plus Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling safety practices, and cleaning protocols is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
