Responsibilities Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet operational needs. Ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in designated areas. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently according to established procedures. Assist with basic kitchen cleanup tasks as needed to support overall hygiene standards. Follow safety guidelines and sanitation protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Ability to perform dishwashing duties consistently and efficiently. Attention to detail to ensure all items are properly cleaned and sanitized. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
