We are excited to open a new Japanese izakaya-style restaurant in the heart of Long Beach and are looking for passionate, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our opening team! We are seeking candidates who can leverage their previous experience and contribute value to our restaurant.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a clean work environment

Responsibilities :

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly and promptly Assist with basic kitchen prep as needed (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen Support chefs with restocking and organizing supplies
