We serve fresh ceviches, hand rolls, and bold flavors in a fun, neighborhood vibe. Come join our tight-knit kitchen crew! Job Summary We're looking for a reliable dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly during busy dinner service. This is a great entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain a clean and organized dish station Assist with basic kitchen prep and closing duties as needed Perform extra cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors Take out trash and ensure proper waste disposal Work efficiently during peak hours Requirements Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred Must be able to speak and understand English or Spanish (bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus) Reliable working phone for scheduling and communication Availability Tuesday through Sunday evenings Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen Positive attitude and team-player mindset What We Offer $19/hour Fun, supportive team in a cool Echo Park restaurant Opportunity to work in one of LA's hottest new ceviche houses
