Position:
Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper We need dedicated Dishwashers and Kitchen Helpers who take pride in keeping things clean and the kitchen running smoothly. This is an essential role — without you, we can't serve our guests. No experience required. If you show up, work hard, and hustle, you have a home here at Gumbo Boys. Responsibilities- Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Keep the dish station and back-of-house area clean and stocked at all times
- Assist kitchen staff with food prep tasks as needed
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support the team during busy service hours Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a hot environment
- Reliable and punctual — this role is critical to kitchen operations
- Strong work ethic and willingness to hustle
- Team player who takes direction well
